The “Promo” Mortgage Loan offer relates to a loan secured by an entry in section IV of the Land and Mortgage Register (mortgage), granted for a period from 3 – 18 months, repaid in monthly interest instalments, with repayment of the principal part at the end of the loan term (last principal and interest instalment). The condition for granting a “Promo” Mortgage Loan is a positive creditworthiness assessment and the Customer meeting the promotional conditions (details available from Advisors).
Representative example for a “Promo” Mortgage Loan for a period of 12 months. The Annual Percentage Rate (APR) is 32.55 % and has been calculated, assuming that the maximum interest rate is 20.50 % (as of 10.02.2023) and will remain at the set level for the entire duration of the Agreement. The total loan amount, before commission, is PLN 100,000, the total amount to be repaid is PLN 132,550.00 (including a promotional commission for activation (10 %) amounting to PLN 10,000.00), the loan period is 1 year, the interest instalment, payable monthly, is PLN 1,879.17, number of instalments 12, including the last principal and interest instalment amounting to PLN 111,879.17. The calculation was made on 10.02.2023 on a representative example for the “Promo” Mortgage Loan.

Oferta Pożyczki Hipotecznej „STANDARD” dotyczy pożyczki zabezpieczonej poprzez wpis w dziale IV Księgi Wieczystej (hipoteka), udzielanej na okres od 3 – 18 miesięcy, spłacanej w comiesięcznych ratach odsetkowych, ze spłatą części kapitałowej na koniec okresu kredytowania (ostatnia rata kapitałowo-odsetkowa). Warunkiem udzielenia Pożyczki Hipotecznej „STANDARD” jest pozytywny wynik oceny zdolności kredytowej. Przykład reprezentatywny dla Pożyczki Hipotecznej „STANDARD” na okres 12 miesięcy. Rzeczywista Roczna Stopa Oprocentowania (RRSO) wynosi 44,60 % i została wyliczona, przy założeniu, że oprocentowanie maksymalne wynosi 20,50 % (według stanu na dzień́ 10.02.2023 r.) i pozostanie na poziomie ustalonym dla okresu początkowego przez cały okres obowiązywania Umowy. Całkowita kwota pożyczki, przed naliczeniem prowizji, wynosi 100 000 zł, całkowita kwota do zapłaty wynosi 144 600,00 zł (w tym standardowa prowizja za uruchomienie (20 %) wynosząca 20 000,00 zł), okres pożyczki wynosi 1 rok, rata odsetkowa, płatna co miesiąc, wynosi 2 050,00 zł, liczba rat 12, w tym ostatnia rata kapitałowo-odsetkowa wynosząca 122 050,00 zł. Kalkulacja została wykonana na dzień 10.02.2023 r. na reprezentatywnym przykładzie dla Pożyczki Hipotecznej „STANDARD”.
